Recently, the highly anticipated Meixin No.2 Foreigner Street announced that it will open on National Day, which quickly sparked heated discussions on the internet. As a "factory that can be visited and workshop that can be played" created by Maxim's Group, this project focuses on Maxim's doors and windows, as well as the home furnishing industry, integrating industrial exhibitions, tourism and leisure, amusement experiences and other formats. It is the first cultural and tourism project in Chongqing to operate under the "in production factory+cultural and tourism" model.

Meixin No.2 Foreigner Street is built with an "industrial+tourism" model. 8D Bogujia Amusement Park, steam locomotives, artificial canals and other amusement projects are built according to the factory. The doors and windows production line and comprehensive exhibition hall display various types of doors, windows and home furnishing products in a visual way, allowing visitors to "see, touch and perceive", making the manufacturing process itself a consumable experiential product, achieving production as the scene, factory as the scenic area, and craftsmanship as the landscape.
The first investment promotion event of Meixin No.2 Yangren Street attracted nearly 500 potential merchants to participate, including old merchants who have been operating on Yangren Street for more than ten years.

This Chongqing enterprise, which started with the door industry and has been deeply involved in manufacturing for more than 30 years, has accumulated nearly 20 years of experience in cultural and tourism operations in projects such as Fuling Red Wine Town and Yubei Red Wine Square. It has officially launched Meixin No.2 Foreigner Street, exploring the "Industry+N" composite complex model and deeply integrating modern industrial manufacturing scenes with commercial, cultural, tourism, and agricultural experiences. The project will use industry to alleviate the off-season pressure of cultural tourism, and cultural tourism will support brand and product sales, forming a win-win cycle of industry driving tourism and tourism supporting industry; At the same time, we will continue the "affordable gene" of Old Foreigner Street, adhere to high cost-effectiveness, and benefit the people.

It is reported that Meixin No.2 Yangren Street is located in Chongqing Smart Industry Park, Jieshi Town, Banan District, backed by Qiaoping Mountain and connected to Chongqing East Railway Station to the north, with obvious geographical advantages. The project will be developed into an "urban living room" showcasing the integration of industry and city in the exhibition area, as well as a "factory version" urban park providing a micro vacation experience.
