
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop/optimize the entire process standards for pickling, desalting, seasoning, jar packing, sterilization, etc
2. Raw material storage (air dehydration, salting pool) technology and quality control
3. On-site process inspection, correction, problem analysis, and improvement
Job requirements:
1. Majors such as Food Science and Engineering, Fermentation Engineering, and Agricultural Product Processing
2. 3-5 years of experience in pickle/preserved mustard processing, proficient in both traditional and modern techniques
3. Familiar with the planting, harvesting, and storage processes of green vegetable heads, capable of on-site judgment of raw material quality, and strong communication and coordination skills
4. Familiar with food GMP, HACCP, and ISO22000, capable of independently solving process problems, proficient in Office software, and skilled in data analysis and reporting
5. Teamwork, smooth communication, strong sense of responsibility, and good ability to handle pressure
