Job Responsibilities:
1. Fully responsible for the management of the company's Merchants Department in accordance with the company's development strategy;
2. Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly work objectives and plans for the Merchants Department based on the company's annual development goals;
3. Responsible for improving, organizing, and optimizing departmental systems and processes to enhance the work efficiency of the Merchants Department;
4. Develop merchant development strategies based on the merchant plan, and implement the company's brand planning and brand system;
5. Responsible for coordinating and managing cooperation between the customer service and marketing departments to establish high-quality customers;
6. Responsible for the management of franchisees, including the screening, selection, and analysis of franchisees;
7. Responsible for optimizing and managing customer development channels, and optimizing existing channel resources based on the situation of the company's team;
8. Responsible for the control and management of the company's merchant recruitment costs;
9. Responsible for continuously tracking and providing services related to the quantity and quality of customer store openings;
10. Responsible for organizing centralized training for Merchants Department personnel to improve professional skills and management capabilities of merchant projects;
11. Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.
