Job Responsibilities:

1. Fully responsible for the organization and management of marketing in the scenic area, ensuring the normal operation of project marketing;

2. Responsible for building a comprehensive marketing management system, assembling a marketing team, formulating appropriate and operable performance evaluation systems, ensuring their effective implementation, and focusing on selecting and cultivating marketing management teams;

3. Responsible for organizing the expansion of marketing channels, establishing good relationships with news media, travel agencies, travel-related institutions, and groups in various regions, and guiding, supervising, and inspecting the channel expansion work in key development areas;

4. Explore marketing channels, integrate marketing models across various channels, and establish multi-level cooperative relationships;

5. Regularly analyze market trends, characteristics, and development trajectories, formulate annual marketing plans and marketing planning schemes for each stage for the marketing department, and organize and coordinate the implementation of the department's marketing and promotion activities after submitting them to higher authorities for approval;

6. Take full responsibility for handling public opinion in the scenic area;

7. Be responsible for controlling the marketing costs and expenses of the scenic spot, and creating good economic benefits for the scenic spot.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, with a major in tourism management, marketing, or related fields preferred;

2. Have at least three years of work experience in the same position in a 4A or above scenic spot, and be familiar with both online and offline marketing channels for scenic spots;

3. Possess market insight, keen business and market awareness, strong ability to analyze and solve problems, excellent resource integration skills, and business promotion capabilities;

4. Possess strong logical thinking ability, high work initiative, planning ability, strong action execution ability, and good team collaboration and interpersonal relationship handling skills;

5. Possess strong overall coordination, organizational and management skills, and be familiar with modern marketing models.
