
Job requirements:
1. Organize and implement the production plan issued by the company, complete production tasks with quality and quantity assured, ensure safe production, and develop new products according to company requirements;
2. Oversee the daily production activities of the department, convene relevant meetings on a regular basis, identify problems, analyze causes, and take effective measures to ensure the normal operation of the production line;
3. Strengthen management, establish and refine departmental staff responsibilities, and establish a quality management system;
4. Implement the company's cost control objectives, ensuring effective reduction of production costs while improving production and maintaining quality;
5. Implement the company's safety management regulations and rules to ensure no safety accidents occur in the factory area; standardize the management of each production line and reasonably schedule production personnel;
6. Store management and sales, mainly focusing on regional planning, product display, product quality and packaging inspection, personnel management and training, sales event planning, etc;
