Job requirements:

1. Develop the overall project technical route, construction plan, and process standards to ensure the feasibility, economy, and compliance of the technical plan;

2. Review key technical documents (such as construction drawings, special construction plans, and design changes) and address major technical challenges in project implementation;

3. Track industry technology trends, promote the application of new technologies, processes, and materials in projects, and enhance the technical level of projects;

4. Establish a project quality technical system, clarify quality control points, supervise the implementation of technical plans, and ensure that the project quality meets the specifications and contract requirements;

5. Lead the formulation of technical safety measures for the project, review specialized safety plans, and mitigate safety risks from a technical perspective;

6. Participate in the investigation and analysis of quality and safety accidents, formulate technical rectification plans, and supervise their implementation;

7. Clarify the responsibilities of team members, conduct technical training and disclosure, and enhance the technical capabilities of the team;

8. Coordinate communication with the design unit, supervision unit, construction unit, and government technical supervision department to resolve technical interface issues;

9. Coordinate the preparation, review, and archiving of project technical documentation, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the materials to meet project acceptance and archiving requirements;

10. Identify technical risks in the project, develop risk response plans, and avoid project delays or cost overruns caused by technical issues.

Job requirements:

1. Candidates are usually required to have at least 5-8 years of experience in real estate development or construction engineering management, with priority given to those with experience in large-scale projects;

2. Hold a bachelor's degree or above in civil engineering, architectural engineering, project management, or related majors;

3. Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, and be able to effectively communicate with design units, construction units, and government departments; coordinate technical changes, answer questions about drawings, and handle matters such as acceptance standards.
